For large families and for those who rank privacy and ample space high in their vacation priorities, Anadeo Villas and Suites offer two stunning villas sitting on the edge of the cliff, savoring views for days! Each villa is split in two levels and can comfortably accommodate from 6 to 8 guests. On the lower level, the villas feature a contemporary open plan layout by combining kitchen, dining and living area, together with a guest bathroom and a guest bedroom. The upper level is dedicated to relaxation, featuring two gorgeous double bedrooms with ample closet space and en-suite bathrooms for total privacy. The bathrooms come with all the necessary yet dearly appreciated amenities and toiletries. Villa 3 features an extra level of 20m², loft style that features an office/sofa bed room The villas have second to none birds’ eye views from every corner and the custom oversized glass windows contribute to all the natural lighting one may enjoy when relaxing indoors.

The exterior design and amenities of the villas are equally unmatched and immediately one identifies the level of effort that has been put into the design in order to satisfy each and every guest. From the hanging, heated infinity pool, the lounge area that large groups may enjoy to the strategically placed terraces, everything about the exterior landscape screams pleasure, relaxation and fun.

Great attention has been given to the finishes, meticulously selecting local materials such as stones and wood in order to blend in the interior design with the local and traditional flair of Exanthia settlement. It is noteworthy to mention that for the landscape design, we have chosen indigenous plants that could sustainably fuse with the rest of the natural landscape.
